Privacy policy

This policy describes how Anthony Profit processes personal data collected via the website anthonyprofit.com, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected

This site uses no forms and no advertising. The only automatic collection is pseudonymised audience measurement via Google Analytics 4, enabled only after your consent (see the "Audience measurement" and "Cookies" sections below).

The only data that may be collected is what you voluntarily transmit by sending an email to [email protected]: your email address, your name, and the content of your message.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics)

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its audience (pages viewed, referral source, device type, interactions). This data is pseudonymised and is only collected after your explicit consent, gathered via the banner shown on your first visit (Google Consent Mode v2, denied by default).

  • Purpose: understand site usage in order to improve it;
  • Legal basis: your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), revocable at any time;
  • Processor: Google Ireland Limited (and Google LLC, United States);
  • Transfer outside the EU: covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses;
  • Retention: per the Google Analytics data-retention setting (2 to 14 months).

No analytics data is collected until consent is given. You can withdraw it at any time by clearing the site's local storage or via your browser settings.

Purpose of processing

Data received by email is used solely to:

  • Respond to your quote request or inquiry;
  • Establish a commercial relationship in the context of a service;
  • Maintain a contractual record of exchanges (legal obligation).

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (voluntary email submission) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).

Retention period

Emails are retained for the duration necessary for the commercial relationship, then archived for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact for commercial prospecting purposes, or longer if a legal obligation requires it (invoices: 10 years).

Recipients

Your data is processed by Anthony Profit and hosted by the following service providers:

  • Email: the emails you send are received in Anthony Profit's professional inbox;
  • Website hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — transfers covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses;
  • Audience measurement: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (United States) — see the "Audience measurement" section above.

No data is sold, transferred to third parties for commercial purposes, or used for profiling.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your data;
  • Right to rectification;
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
  • Right to restriction of processing;
  • Right to data portability;
  • Right to object to processing;
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time;
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority CNIL (cnil.fr).

To exercise these rights, contact: [email protected]. A response will be provided within a maximum of 30 days.

Cookies

Until you give your consent, no audience-measurement cookies are placed. After you accept via the banner, Google Analytics 4 sets audience-measurement cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. No advertising cookies are used. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage; you can change it at any time by clearing it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS (TLS 1.3) with HSTS enforced. Emails received are stored on a secure server. Anthony Profit implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, modification, disclosure or destruction.
