Context
Sun Beach House is Valérie Kerckhofs's independent agency, based in Saint Barthélemy since 1996: seasonal rental and sale of prestige villas, bespoke concierge service, and certain properties deliberately kept off-line to preserve their owners' discretion. A boutique house where you speak to a single contact — not a file number.

The challenge
Translate online a deeply human and discreet promise, in a market — St Barth luxury — where everyone reaches for the same "exceptional villa" vocabulary. The site had to stand out by tone and refinement, respect the portfolio's confidentiality, and stay durably visible to an international, high-net-worth clientele.

My role
The full project, from image to visibility. Brand identity redesign, conception and development of an editorial site on Next.js, back-office on Sanity Studio so the agency can manage its villas and magazine in full autonomy, and an ongoing SEO and GEO program. The relationship is still active today.

Approach
Tell the island, don't list properties. The site reads like a day in Saint Barth — "The Island's Rhythm", from morning yoga facing the bay to golden hour over Gustavia — carried by video sequences that set the atmosphere before villas are even mentioned. French elegance as the throughline: refined typography, breathing room, photography that lets the place speak. Behind the scenes, Sanity gives Valérie complete autonomy without touching code. And because an invisible showcase is worth nothing, I set up a lasting visibility program: classic SEO and optimization for generative engines, so the brand surfaces on Google as well as in AI answers.

Outcome
A brand whose image finally matches the service: editorial, sensorial, distinctive. A site the agency runs itself content-wise, and visibility built month after month — on Google as well as in AI answers. And above all, a collaboration still active today: the best indicator of satisfaction.
